Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Laith Hermiz founded Ironside Realty to transform long-term relationships into high-quality development projects and acquisition opportunities. As founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ironside Realty, Laith is responsible for the execution of company strategy, including implementing and directing all development and investment transactions and guidance for all asset management activities.
Mr. Hermiz has a diverse background in commercial real estate both in the public REIT and private sectors. He has acquired and developed over $2 billion worth of STNL retail, shopping center, mixed-use, and industrial projects. Prior to founding Ironside Realty, Mr. Hermiz served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Agree Realty Corporation. During his time at Agree Realty, he was integral in the company’s growth from 73 properties to over 1,400 properties in 11 years. He served as the point person to all major retailers, establishing invaluable, enduring relationships throughout the industry.
Prior to Agree Realty, Mr. Hermiz held positions as Vice President of Development and Redevelopment with Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust and Managing Director with Joseph Freed and Associates. Mr. Hermiz holds a B.S. from Loyola University, Chicago, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law. He is a licensed attorney and real estate broker in the state of Michigan and an active member of the State Bar of Michigan and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

A. Lee Finley is the founder of BrandFX Body Company, which employs over 600 people in seven truck body manufacturing plants located in Iowa, Minnesota, Indiana and Texas. He is the owner and founder of BFX Fire, manufacturer of wild land fire trucks; Pioneer Truckweld, manufacturer of dump trucks and trailers; F&F Composites Manufacturing; FWAM Aircraft Management Company; Touchdown Investments Inc.; ALF Operating Partners Investment Company; Air Shelters USA; and Real Fleet Services, in addition to other minority interests in various diverse businesses. Mr. Finley has served as a Director of Bank of George since 2013 and GBank Financial Holdings Inc. since its formation in December 2017. Mr. Finley was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he attended the University of British Columbia, majoring in economics. He began a lifelong career in the utility equipment business in Vancouver in 1969. Mr. Finley moved to Spokane in 1976, to Las Vegas in 1988, and to Fort Worth in 1990. He became a citizen of the United States of America in 1993. He has been a resident of Fort Worth since 1990, where he is involved in numerous community and charitable organizations.

Tim unites technology and the arts, driving humanity forward through shared stories. As the founder of IT Mentors, Tim architects and designs technology training solutions, helping major corporations like Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and UBS strategize and adopt training and technology to cultivate a human-centered culture. In 2019, IT Mentors launched a partnership with the Shubert Organization called Broadway Tech Accelerator, an environment for entrepreneurs in technology to accelerate early-stage startups in the live entertainment sector. On Broadway, Tim produced the Tony Award-winning productions of HAIR, Memphis, and An American in Paris. He directed the filmed stage musicals Emma and No One Called Ahead, expanding new development and distribution models for existing and emerging voices. Tim graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Sciences, later returning to complete his MBA there. He also holds an MFA in Film Production, with a specialization in Directing from Chapman University.
